Giving at St Andrew’s

Nothing in the church would be possible without the loving generosity of its congregation members. It’s giving provides the church the resources and tools to build God’s kingdom in and through it’s ministry. At St. Andrews we want to make giving as simple and accessible as possible, so no matter what one gives they can do it easily and stress free. Our belief is that it is by Jesus’ example of sacrificial love that we come to know what generosity looks like.

For congregation members looking to give, please follow the link further down the page to our standing order giving page operated by the Parish Giving Scheme.

For those seeking more information on Christian giving, how St Andrews uses its giving, and how to give one-off donations, please download our guide to giving document below.

“Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”

- 2 Corinthians 9:7

Ways to Give

  • Regular Giving

Giving monthly by standing order is the most helpful way of supporting the ministry at St. Andrew’s. It allows us to budget intelligently and to manage our cash flow more efficiently.

This is administered for us free of charge by the Parish Giving Scheme. Simply visit the page below to set up a standing order.

  • One-Off Gifts

For one-off gifts, our bank details are below.

    Sort Code: 30-99-50
    Account No: 51433468
    Name: St Andrew’s PCC

If you give this way, and are a UK taxpayer, then please consider filling out the Gift Aid form below, to make your giving go even further.

GiftAid

If you are an eligible UK taxpayer you can make your gift go a whole lot further. As long as you will have paid at least as much in income or capital gains tax as you give to charities under the scheme, the tax-man will return the basic rate tax he has already taken, giving it directly to your chosen beneficiary. You will need to sign the Gift-Aid declaration below to enable this Get in touch through the contact page if you have any doubts on this.
